Ethos

From our past experiences, the Satori team recognizes that the token distribution plan is one of the most critical aspects of a project. So, we define our ETHOS as follows:
Clarity: The token distribution and economic model should be evidence-based rather than mere promises. The transparency of the data should be verifiable. For example, answers to questions about the economic model should be supported by clear evidence rather than vague assurances like “we will explain”.
–Confidence is important, but math provides a more secure foundation–
Transparency: All information regarding token distribution should be shared with the community down to the minutest details. Statements like “will be announced later” should be treated with skepticism.
–Trust is important; however, transparency provides a greater sense of comfort–
Sustainability and Balance: In addition to the project's functionality, it's necessary to establish a mechanism that benefits both investors and the project team who place their trust in the project. The key concept here is balance. A plan that fails to generate any profit for the team may demotivate them which ultimately leads to the failure of the project and indirectly negatively affects the investors as well. Similarly, a selfish token distribution scheme can centralize even a project that appears very decentralized. Even a highly functional and innovative platform will falter in the long run if it neglects to provide returns to the investors who place their trust in the project.
–Trust is important but sustainability and balance are more beneficial–
